To confirm your booking and smoothly finalize your arrangements, we have the following payment
policy:
- Upon confirmation of booking: 25% deposit fee of the total tour package cost is payableimmediately to confirm and secure all supplier arrangements.
- 90 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total package costs must be paid in full.
- 45 days or fewer prior to arrival: Tour package costs must be paid in full – 100%.
Important:
- All payments must be confirmed by email and include proof of payment
- Payment policy may be varied if hotel policies stipulate different policies and procedures, we mayalso implement seasonal surcharges or fees during event periods and they will be explained whenbooking is confirmed.
Low Season: Mid-January, February, June, July, August
High Season: March, April, September, October, November, December

Cancellation Policy – Egypt Day Trips

All cancellations must be submitted via email in writing to be valid.
• 91+ days prior to arrival
- a cancellation fee of 15% of total tour package costs will apply.
• 90-31 days prior to arrival
- Low season: a cancellation fee of 35%.
- High Season: cancellation fee of 50%.
• 30-15 days prior to arrival
- Low Season: cancellation fee of 50%.
- High Season: cancellation fee of 75%.
• 15-10 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation charge of 75%, during both seasons.
• Less than 10 days.
- 100% of the tour package cost will be charged (non-refundable).
